We ship via the United States Postal Service. If you need faster shipping please choose the Priority Shipping option which expedites your order in the warehouse. Most of Priority Orders will ship within 1 business day.
For all other orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing on in stock items. We do not ship outside the US.
Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number.
Most U.S. orders can be expected within 5-8 business days. Please note that free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. PremierLook.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, postal errors, postal delays, transportation failures and acts of nature. If your USPS tracking shows a delivery status PremierLook.com’s service has been fulfilled and the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS regarding a claim.
If you did not include the correct shipping information and the package is marked as undeliverable or is returned to sender, then the customer is responsible for the $10 shipping fee to reship.
If you are unhappy with your product or experience a reaction Customer Service/Estheticians would be more than happy to assist you with any concerns and help you get the most out of your product. Any damaged, defective, or wrong products received MUST be returned within our 30 day policy or we can not replace them for you. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error or a damaged product, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. PremierLook.com is not responsible for return orders that may be damaged or lost in transit. We strongly suggest using a shipping provider that offers tracking and insurance. Please retain your shipping receipt for proof.
Please contact Customer Service if you would like to process a return. All opened products are issued a store credit if returned within 30 days from your order date. Any opened products must contain 50% or more product. All unopened products that are returned within 30 days must be in sellable condition or your return will not be processed. In the event that your return is not processed the customer is responsible for shipping cost to be returned back to you. Please include name, order# and reason for the return inside your box when returning to our office. (return labels are not provided)
Reward points and Store Credits are non-refundable for returned items.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All sales are final on skin devices (i.e. Zoe, Nuface, etc.), and supplements.
